In 2003 we built 5 terraced houses with the latest timber construction technology with concrete stone-/wooden facades.

With insulation thickness of 240-300 mm and the use of geothermal heat these houses have very low annual heating costs.
The houses have a floor space of 156 sqm including a cellar.

The construction cost are about 1360, - € / sqm plus the costs of the land.
