Construction:
Outer walls, roof, ceilings with up to 300 mm insulation
No supporting inside walls
Built with wooden boards and glued wooden bridge boards

The material convinces due to its:
high forming quality
torsion-free behaviour
does not crack and creak
not a squeak
good utilization of the raw material wood
free of harmfull substances.

Heating system:
Heatproduction with a heat pump. The indicated 350, - € annual heating costs apply to the electricity cost needed for the pumps which allow the circulation of the heating fluid.

Heat pump:
Everybody is already using a heating pump - the fridge.
The heating pump-system utilises temperature differences to heat the heating water and the water for domestic use.

Building supervision:
The building of the houses is supervised by the TüV Rheinland.
After successful completion the houses receive the TÜV seal.
